Cermark laser engraving
Cermark is a chemical spray which is applied to the surface of metals, leaving a dark permanent mark once the CO2 laser beam has passed over the spray.
This process ideally works on Stainless Steel and Aluminium.
deep engraving and paint filled
Deep Engraving is a process whereby material is removed from Stainless Steel or Alumunium by way of a CNC router and replaced with paint.
This process is often specified by BHP, RIO Tinto and FMG.
Powder Coated Fibre Laser Engraving
Fibre laser engraving is a process which leaves a dark mark on powder coated metals. This solution leaves a high quality and permanent mark.
This process would be advised if the product is left in harsh environments.
Anodised Aluminium laser engraving
Marking on Anodised Aluminium is done using a CO2 laser, which leaves a permanent white mark, regardless of the colour, on the surface of the Aluminium.
Colours we supply are Blue, Black, Gold, Green, Red, Nickel and Silver.
